Church: First Assembly of God, Saint Johns
Nominated by Carrie of Saint Johns
Jennell is the kindest woman I know. She lives her life for God and her family. She is the leader of the Girls Only Group, for teenagers. She is a role model for the teen girls, not only a role model but she has a geuine caring for each and every one of the girls, she offers advice and how to deal with situations that some of us "regular" moms can not explain to the teens, nor do teens actually listen to their own parents, our advice isn't cool, but Ms Jennell's advice is always right, (and it is usually what us "regular" moms would offer). Jennell is "normal" she admits to her mistakes and is not afraid to reach out for help when she needs it. As a mother, she has 4 children and they are all being raised in a family that puts God first. She is the most amazing woman.

Mrs. Jennell does so much more than imaginable. Not only does she care for teen girls and helps them deal with life's challenges as mentioned above, she sets the example to mentors and teaches them about God and his word. She leads the worship team on Sunday mornings and spends time before and after services to meet with Church members and really talk with them about the issues within the congregation.
ReplyDeleteOutside the Church, she works with community members by offering a weight loss program. She sponsors and promotes God's word and our Church during community programs such as the Mint Festival and parades. She never hesitates to take the opportunity to spread the word to those she meets at these functions.
As a wife and mother, she always finds the time, strength and desire to support her family in their interests and hobbies as well as her own too. She also entertains and teaches her preschool age daughter and her infant/toddler son.
As my friend, Mrs. Jennell is always there when I need to talk. She listens, offers advice or tries to help me understand things that I can not grasp on my own.
Mrs. Jennell is a great friend, inspiration and treasure to all who know her.
I feel Mrs. Jennell is more than deserving of this gift and the recognition of her contributions to all of us!
Thank you for the opportunity to reward and recognize her.
