Please consider Pastor Karla Mangan of Mount Hope Church Williamston. Her Husband Pastor Matt and herself, are the Pastors. Pastor Kalrla is a phenomenal Bible teacher as well as a World class help mate to Pastor Matt. She teaches sunday school, the childrens church, she teaches at Mount Hope Bible Institute in Lansing, she is the Vice President of the local Kiwanis chapter. She also preaches One sunday a month. She runs alot of the administration of the Church and the womens ministry.

She does all of this without being paid a cent. She volunteers her time at the church. Pastor Matt is the only one to draw a salary. She helps run our daycare at the church and basically does whatever needs to be done, all while holding up the arms of Pastor Matt.

The amazing part of all of this is she has maintained all of these roles while battling her health for the past 2 years. We are standing in faith and believing for the manifestation of healing soon in her life. She is fighting the good fight of faith against heart problems, rheumatoid arthritis, and taking care of her elderly in-laws.

Pastor Karla is an example of a servants heart, a christlike mind and attitude, and an ever increasing desire to draw closer to God. I know my life is better for knowing her and I wish that you would seriously consider her for this award.

Pastor Karla is wonderful. She is involved in every church service, either doing the offering or the sermon on Communion Sunday. She leads a wonderful woman's book club, a Sunday school class, and many other great women's activities. She has personally been there for me when I needed her support and prayers. Pastor Karla deserves something special and I think this is it!

My pastor is an amazing woman. She has done so much for my family. She always does so much for the members of the church and the surrounding comunities. The church prides on doing a lot for the community. They want to reach out and help those in need while sperading the word of God. My family is having a hard time with money right now and it's important for my 4 year old daughter to got to a christan school. The church is letteing us pay what we can. That means a lot to my family. My daughter is learning so much and growing in the ways of God. Paster Karla does a book club for the woman in church. We read spiruitual books and get together and talk about them. We also talk about our lives and pray for others. This year they are doing more groups for the church. 2010 is going to be a great year for the church and the community. I am a better woman because of paster Karla. And my family is growing in the ways of god. I can't articulate how great a woman she is. This doesn't do her enough justice. She deserves something special to let her know how wonderful she really is. Thank you for your time.
